She has taught at Cambridge University, the Choristers at Kings College, Cambridge;for ten years she was Head of Singing at Uppingham School, and many of her former pupils have gone on to pursue successful careers as singers. She gained wide experience of the developing voice, before accepting an invitation to join the Vocal Faculty of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, where she has been a Professor since 2003. Recent concert engagements include recitals in England and Mediterranean Europe.
She was recently appointed to the Music Staff at Eton College, and she works each summer as a voice teacher on the Eton Choral Courses. She has a busy studio, and in addition, is in much demand as a coach and accompanist.
