Susan Cullen M.A., P.G.C.E ,B.Sc [Hons]

Sue Cullen A postgraduate of the prestigious Voice Studies course at London University, Susan combines a freelance performing career with an ever increasing workload as professional vocal coach, workshop director and performance coach for business.

Her expertise covers the full range of vocal, postural and presentational skills. Susan is able to draw upon a professional career spanning more than 25 years, during which she has successfully launched and managed several small SMEs in the field of corporate entertainment and music for education.

An ardent wordsmith, she has scripted and translated several shows for young people, and has enjoyed a four year collaboration with the Shakespeare for Schools Festival as venue director.

Born in the West Midlands, but with Irish ancestry, Susan originally graduated from Leeds University with an honours degree in Mathematics. Her professional singing career began with English National Opera and a subsequent freelance solo career took her to the middle and far East, India, Germany and Spain. Susan has combined operatic work with appearances in London?s west end, nationwide tours, TV and Radio broadcasts She has been in constant demand as a performer and presenter in ?Last night of the Proms ? style evenings and has sung with some of the UK?s major orchestras.

Susan is a motivational speaker and designer of bespoke role play and seminars for professional Learning and Development. She also works with a portfolio of professional clients in accent reduction, the maximising of vocal fluency and in the building of confidence and the development of effective presentation skills.

Daniel Michael Byrne BA (Hons), PGDip, DipRAM

DanielByrneAfter graduating from the University of Warwick with an honours degree in English Literature, Dan was accepted by the Royal Academy of Music for his postgraduate studies, obtaining a distinction and a DipRAM award for Excellence in Performance. Since embarking on his professional career he has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Wembley Stadium with Sir Elton John and in the West End hit musical Blood Brothers

His association with City Music Services (CMS) began in 2005. Since then he has been increasingly involved in their business training and role play programmes, devising and facilitating team building exercises. He most recently directed the production of Gilbert and Sullivan?s The Mikado for CMS ? an innovative and collaborative venture with Allen & Overy that was a resounding success.

Always interested in training and teaching drama, Dan has scripted and directed youth productions, and has written and directed small professional fringe ventures, including a critically acclaimed musical, Chelinot, (The Times, Theatre Choice of the Week). He coaches regularly at youth drama schools in the Midlands and London.
He now combines his professional theatre work with his role as a consultant and seminar facilitator for CMS.
