CMS/BSA duration 90 minutes
The format is designed to slot into the working day with minimum disruption. The CMS team will take you on a whistle stop tour that will energise and inform, including practical tips and techniques to deal with all the usual pitfalls of presenting a powerful presentation ? Performance nerves, dry mouth, forgetting script ? and each participant will be given a handout that encapsulates the all the main points covered in the session.

CMS/BSB duration 4 hours
Typical timing 9.30 ? 11.30 and 11.45 ? 13.45
Using a mixture of actor training techniques and classic voice/speech training strategies, the client group will address issues of breathing, posture, resonance and articulation. They will then work upon a piece of text. Using theatrical training techniques, they will learn how to properly prepare themselves for a public speaking scenario. They will then have a chance to try these skills out in front of the group. The facilitators will coach each group member in a miniature ?master-class? situation. Time permitting, there will be an opportunity for extra questions and feedback .

CMS/BSC duration whole day
Typical timing 10 .00-13.00 and 14.00-17.00
The format will consist of a morning and afternoon session. in the morning session, the group will be taken through a more extended form of the technical voice and speech work. Clients will examine the habitual range of their voices and explore their optimum range for most effective communication.

The afternoon session is developed according to client brief, but will usually follow a master class style format. That is to say, each of the clients will have pre-prepared some presentation material that is relevant to their job description. This could be a sales pitch to a major client, a press release, a presentation for video conference??
Each participant will then be given individual attention under the ?public? scrutiny of the rest of the group. The session may be adapted into a role play scenario as and when desirable, and there is also the opportunity to feed in a video recording and playback of each performance. The latter part of the day is an open forum, where the group are invited to give honest feedback and to offer up any specific problems or areas of attention for a ?troubleshooting? session.
