CMS specialise in a tailor made solution for each client.

The business seminars are an interactive experience. They are designed to challenge our self perceptions and to encourage an enhanced sense of awareness. We all have particular habits and eccentricities that mark out our individuality. None of us want to be clones. But, by taking the time to become better observers of ourselves, we also become better at observing others brings profit boosting results in team building, increased self confidence and enhanced communication skills.

SueCullenAs Voice and Performance Coach Susan Cullen is one of the CMS lead facilitators.
We are all communicators. Whether it be striving to be successful in an interview for promotion, leading a sales pitch for a vital new contract, giving an important presentation at an international conference, or delivering training to a new batch of customer service representatives. Just like the most successful professional performers, we need to connect with our audience. So often, a powerful message or a really bright idea just doesn't get across. No-one seems to pay any attention. Why not?
Popular statistics tell us that the word content of any message accounts for a scant 7% of the impact on our audience. A considerable 38% is accounted for by para-lingual effects - in other words, to parody an old song,

' It ain?t what you say, it's the way that you say it!?

Your voice can be your greatest asset or your worst. It can let you down in moments of crisis. But the speaker who uses their voice effectively, powerfully and persuasively, with honesty and integrity, will be instantly recognised and stand out from the crowd. Barack Obama is a prime example. We want to listen to what he has to say. He appears equally at home talking to a group of children or addressing an audience of thousands.
The good news is that we can all acquire those skills. Let's be clear about this. We may not have Obama's natural talent, or self confidence. But we can maximise our own potential for powerful communication, and, as we do, self confidence will grow, and we will begin to have fun!
So, in designing the CMS seminars, we have unashamedly utilised the best and most effective techniques that we know will work. With over 20 years of professional experience in the field of vocal coaching and performance training, I know how powerful and effective theatrical training techniques can be in transforming anyone's communication and interactive skills. And no, we are not going to ask you to float around the room pretending to be a cloud!

[If there are specific vocal health problems, or individual issues, we hope that the seminar experience will encourage you to continue your improvement by embarking on a course of individual coaching with one of our team.]
